- Letter of Intent (1 page)
- Explain why you are a strong candidate, your motivation to serve in government, and how you plan to fulfill this commitment
- Address letter to CyberCorps SFS Admissions Committee
- Resume
- Unofficial transcript
- from BYU or most recent university attended
- Diploma or Graduation Plan
- M.S. applicants: Submit a copy of your diploma from your most relevant undergraduate or graduate degree.
- B.S. applicants (junior or senior start): Submit a graduation plan showing a clear path to on-time completion
- BYU students: Work with Alisha Wall to create a graduation plan before applying
- Non-BYU students: Provide a plan showing completion within the program timeframe.
- Character Letter of Recommendation (1 required)
- from a family member or close associate, addressing:
- Your commitment to government service
- An example of your integrity and ability to fulfill commitments
- Any potential challenges in your ability to work in a government role
- Upload this letter directly with your application materials
- from a family member or close associate, addressing:
- Professional References (2 required)
- Provide names and contact information for two faculty members or employers
- You will send each a link (provided in the application) to complete a short survey about your qualifications.
- You will receive an email notification when each reference is submitted.
