Cybersecurity (BS) with Computer Science minor, April 2028
My name is Morgan Wilbert, and I'm from Southern California. I didn't start my journey at BYU with cybersecurity, but I'm always grateful I made the switch. I'm into system administration, security, and forensics, as well as open-source intelligence. I enjoy being able to participate in the university’s Cybersecurity Student Association, especially competing in Capture the Flag (CTF) and other competitions. I love how there is a never-ending vat of knowledge when it comes to security. I’ve always had the mindset of trying something, even if I know nothing about it. That is how I got into cybersecurity, and I’ve loved it ever since! I love learning from professionals about what they are passionate about. Outside of cybersecurity, I really enjoy drawing, dancing, and doing special effects makeup.
